Pediatrics First Welcomes you to our Speech and languages services. Our company is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality services.

The director and lead therapist is Michelle Stewart-Tooson. She has over seven years experience providing services in settings including hospitals, home-based care, preschool, and school-based settings.
Pediatrics First Speech Therapy has been serving the northern Virginia area since 2002. We offer our clients the convenience of receiving services from their homes, which is advantageous in performing in a familiar environment.

We provide individual therapy sessions ranging from forty-five minutes to an hour in length. We occasionally provide thirty minute sessions (travel time / distance to and from clients home determine availability for thirty minute sessions).

  • Copy Sounds and movements made by parents/caregivers
  • Respond to their name
